I placed a small drop of honey on the flower this fly was feeding on and waited for it to start eating.
Tech Specs: Canon 1D Mark III (F11, 1/300, ISO 100) + a Canon MPE-65mm macro lens (@ 4x) + a diffused MT-24EX (-1/3 FEC). Shot at 1/300 because my finger accidentally hit the dial for the shutter -doh!
