Of all the unusual ways I've found bees at rest this has to be one of the most unusual positions yet. An early morning shot taken before the critter's first cup of coffee

Tech Specs: Canon 1D Mark III (F13, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MPE-65mm macro lens (@3x) + a diffused MT-24EX (0 FEC). I used a grape leaf to keep the background from being black.
