Description
This poor girl has a damaged left wing (not pictured) and wasn't able to fly. This is the last frame in this set.
Tech Specs: Canon 70D (F11, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MP-E 65mm macro lens (close to 4x) + a diffused MT-24EX. This is a single, uncropped, frame taken hand held.
Technique: Either due to old age, or a close call with a predator, this honeybee has a damaged left wing. I placed an artificial flower behind the bee, and injected the daisy with some 2:1 sugar syrup.
